Welcome to the U R My Sunshine Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to spreading hope and joy. By using our website (https://galaofsunshine.org), purchasing event tickets, or making donations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

     

      1. Ticket Purchases

           

            • Tickets are sold through our website for U R My Sunshine Foundation events (e.g., 2025 Sunshine Gala) and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

            • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, accepting Visa and other major cards.

            • Tickets are delivered via email with QR codes, managed by our ticketing system.

            • If an event is canceled or postponed, we’ll notify you and offer refunds or ticket transfers, per our discretion.

        1. Donations

             

              • All proceeds from ticket sales and donations, after event costs, are donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to support their mission.

              • Donations are tax-deductible per IRS guidelines and processed securely through our website’s ticketing system.

          1. Email and Text Marketing

               

                • By purchasing tickets or donating, you may opt in to receive email and text marketing from U R My Sunshine Foundation about events, updates, and ways to support our mission.

                • You can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails, replying “STOP” to texts, or emailing support@urmysunshinefoundation.org.

                • We comply with anti-spam laws, ensuring your preferences are respected.

            1. Event Attendance

                 

                  • Attendees must follow event rules and behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

                  • You attend events at your own risk. The foundation is not liable for injuries or losses, except as required by law.

                  • Some events may have age or health restrictions, noted at purchase.

                    • Use our website only for lawful purposes (e.g., ticket purchases, donations). Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.
